Mission Statement

The Greater China Feldenkrais Association (GCFA) has two distinct missions :

  1. The (GCFA) is a non profit organisation dedicated to maintaining professional standards in the teaching and promotion of the Feldenkrais Method in Hong Kong, Macau & Mainland China.

  2. The (GCFA) is a non profit organisation dedicated to providing resources and materials for established internationally accredited Feldenkrais teachers as well as fostering the promotion and knowledge of the The Method to the general public.

Recognised by the IFF

The Greater China Feldenkrais Association is fully recognised by the International Feldenkrais Federation (IFF) as a professional organisation of the Feldenkrais Method and as such adheres and agrees to all the rules and regulations set forth by the IFF for accredited Feldenkrais Guilds.

Principles and Values

  • The GCFA is an organisation founded out of the desire among its members to co-operate in a fruitful and positive way, in the spirit of the Feldenkrais Method.

  • The GCFA supports research and development in the Feldenkrais Method to collect and disseminate information about the development of the Feldenkrais Method and its practice.

  • The GCFA is dedicated to set shared standards for ethics and quality of education.

  • The GCFA offers membership opportunities to accredited Feldenkrais teachers, affiliates and the general public.
